~ Retainer fee policy: A $20 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee will be applied toward your total service cost. Please note: The retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you need to reschedule, the retainer can be transferred only if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the retainer, and a new retainer will be required for future bookings.

 

 Acceptable forms of final payment: CASH, CASH APP, & APPLE PAY.

~ Punctuality policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment, no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Calling or texting is not necessary to inform me of your arrival; however, if you anticipate being late, please communicate with me in advance to discuss possible accommodations. There is an automatic grace 15-minute grace period allowed for each appointment and cancellation will be imposed after this grace period unless prior arrangements have been made. Please see the cancellation policy below for further details.

~ Cancellation policy: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to be paid before your next scheduled service. 

~ No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service total and may be restricted from future services.

~ Guest Policy: To maintain a comfortable and focused environment, no extra guests are allowed during appointments. If you must bring someone, only one additional guest is permitted, and a $10 fee will apply. No exceptions. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

~ After-Hours appointments: Need an appointment outside of regular hours? Appointments scheduled at 11:00pm or later are considered after-hours and will incur an additional $20 fee. Please contact me directly to arrange an after-hours appointment.

~ Sundays: I am closed on Sundays; however, if a Sunday appointment is absolutely necessary, please contact me in advance to discuss availability. Additional fees will apply.
