Policy

Deposit: There is a $20 non-refundable retainer fee for every appointment/ service. Note that the deposit goes toward the price of the style, and you will pay the remainder at the end of your appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, UNLESS I HAVE TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Acceptable forms of final payment: CASH, CASH APP, APPLE PAY. Cancellation policy: If you know you’re going to be late, please let me know prior. If you’re more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. I understand things happen, but communication is key. I expect you to hold me accountable and I will do the same. Arrival time: Please be ON TIME, no earlier than 10 minutes. For EXAMPLE: if you’re scheduled appointment is at 10 am, please do not text/call me letting me know you’re on the way at 10 am. After 10:15am your appointment will be cancelled unless you and I talked prior and made proper arrangements. Also, please refer back to the cancellation policy. Guest Policy: No extra guest! If you have to bring someone it can only be 1 extra person & it will be $10 extra. NO exceptions. After hours: You want to book an appointment but it’s really late? After hours (squeeze ins) is considered 11 pm & after! After hour appointments are $20 extra. Please contact me directly for after-hours appointments. Sundays: I am closed on Sundays. If you really need a Sunday appointment, please contact me and we can discuss availability. Additional fees will be applied. Sick: If you are sick or not feeling well, please cancel your appointment. Let me know you are sick, and we can try to work something out. If you come sick your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be banned from future bookings.
